Garfield County Assessor's Office

The Garfield County Assessors Office maintains extensive parcel information, including ownership, total market value, assessed value, school district, and legal description. In order to better serve the residents of Garfield County and beyond, the County Assessors Office partnered with Coordinate Solutions to make all of this information accessible via the Garfield County Assessor’s website. Visitors to the site can search for detailed parcel information using a customized search engine.

Once a property is selected, website visitors can opt to display the parcel on the interactive, internet mapping service, which was designed using a combination of MapServer, VB.NET, and ASP.NET. Users may also begin their search using the WebGIS module by zooming into the appropriate parcel, then using the “view details” tool to bring up the detailed parcel information.
